IE Engineer

Summary of the Position

• Lead to update and maintain Plant Capacity.
• Update Plant Capacity.
• Coordinate within IE department and Equipment Engineer for make a Plant Capacity up to date.
• Leading development and implementing Capacity data Management system.
• To be a part of Process improvement activity for Capacity increasing with Lean team.
• Coordinate with 3rd Party for transform Capacity data Management system in Excel to web base or another program.
• Coordinate with related function to development Capacity data Management system.
• Lead implementing Capacity data Management system.
• Regular update Plant Capacity to SCM.
• Regular report for Capacity ramp up project and identify potential risk for the project.
• Process visiting, observing to identify potential improvement of capacity.
• Working with Lean team for Capacity improvement.
• Support manufacturing operations UPH and labors in Industrial engineering functions.
• Support production line layout improvement and machine relocation activities.
• Support the organizational goals in achieving total customer satisfaction.
• Prepare production line capacity and flexibility by reducing NVA operations by using IE. Tools.
• Studies and set up standard cycle time and labor hours for AYU manufacturing.
• Update and monitor the standard UPH and headcounts in SAP system.
• Design an efficient layout and material flow for manufacturing process.
• Studies operation methods in manufacturing process and find the opportunities to increase productivity.
• Control sub-contractor in machine relocation process to achieve the target schedule and follow health and safety regular.
• Improve working environment for safety and health.
• Know your customer's expectations and drive section to meet them.
• Perform related work as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in electronics, electrical, mechanical and IE

Experience:

• +3 years experiences in production or process in direct industrial or related field.
• Experience to develop database in Excel

Requirements:

• Able to use Microsoft office (including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Exel intermediate level up and have a skill to develop database into Excel for Capacity data Management system.
• Able to use Auto CAD 2D
• Good relationship, Good communication skill
• Good command of written and spoken English
