About the Role

Are you an engineering professional with experience in in process improve and optimization?

We are looking for a IE STAFF who will be responsible for analyzing and improving production processes, manpower utilization, productivity, and operational efficiency. The role supports continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to reduce waste, optimize resources, and improve overall manufacturing performance.

Responsibilities

• Implement improvement themes related to 4M in the assigned processes.
• Create, implement and review Standard work design based on SOP and process conditions/preconditions such as Takt time, Cycle time, Machine efficiency, Productivity, Quality, Cost and Safety.
• Conducts analysis and improvement using Stopwatch analysis, Operation analysis and continuous observation.
• Create timeline of detailed layout execution and share progress with related Cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering,
• Fresh Graduate or with 1-2 years of relevant experience years of work experience as an Industrial Engineer or similar.
• Basic knowledge about Lean Manufacturing and its core principles.
• Candidate with work experience as an Industrial Engineer in a manufacturing company is an advantage,
• Good interpersonal relation, communication and analytical skills,
