- Supervise and coordinate Industrial Engineering activities within the production area.
- Conduct time and motion studies to establish standard times and improve productivity.
- Analyze production processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
- Monitor manpower utilization and recommend optimal staffing requirements.
- Prepare capacity analysis and production efficiency reports.
- Develop and maintain work standards, line balancing, and productivity targets.
- Support production layout planning and workstation improvements.
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, Planning, and Maintenance departments to improve operational performance.
- Lead continuous improvement projects and cost-reduction initiatives.
- Train and guide IE staff in work measurement and process improvement techniques.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
