What they need
- Prepare and maintain production, machine, workstation, and factory layouts using AutoCAD.
- Design and optimize production floor layouts to improve productivity, workflow, and space utilization.
- Create detailed 2D/3D drawings for production areas, machine footprints, workstations, and building layouts.
- Coordinate and support factory expansion projects, machine relocation, and equipment transfers between production lines, sites, vendors, and customers.
- Conduct time studies, manpower studies, and work method analysis to identify productivity improvement opportunities.
- Assist in implementing productivity improvement, standardization, and cost reduction initiatives.
- Support Industrial Engineering projects by collecting data, monitoring progress, and preparing reports.
- Ensure layout plans and engineering documentation are updated and properly maintained.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the superior from time to time.
