Business Unit Introduction - Interactive Entertainment Group (IEG)

Responsible for the R&D, operation, and development of the company's interactive entertainment business including games and eSports. Through online gaming, live broadcasts, and offline eSports, IEG assists the company in leading the global interactive entertainment market to create better interactive entertainment content experiences for users.

Job Responsibilities

■ Responsible for full-stack development of PC and mobile applications, building front-end interfaces using React and Vue, and developing back-end APIs using Python, Go, or Node.js. Handle database design, service deployment, and operations and maintenance to build complete end-to-end business systems.

■ Integrate AI technologies into business applications by developing and iterating intelligent modules, including LLM integration, intelligent interaction, AI visualization, and intelligent recommendation, while continuously optimizing product interaction and user experience.

■ Perform front-end and back-end integration, API encapsulation, data validation, and exception handling. Follow web development standards and best practices to ensure system performance, data security, and page accessibility, while maintaining cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.

■ Participate in requirements analysis, technology selection, architecture design, code reviews, and technical solution optimization. Prepare standardized technical documentation and continuously improve project architecture and development processes.

■ Manage front-end engineering setup, version control, and automated builds. Troubleshoot production issues, fix bugs, and deliver version updates to ensure stable and efficient system operations.

Job Requirements

■ Proficient in HTML, CSS, ES6+, and JavaScript, with knowledge or hands-on experience in Vue and React development, including component encapsulation, state management, routing configuration, and front-end performance optimization.

■ Familiar with at least one back-end language, including Python, Go, or Node.js, with a basic understanding of database design, API development, service deployment, and full-stack application development.

■ Familiar with front-end engineering tools such as Webpack, Vite, and Gulp, as well as Git version control and CI/CD automation processes.

■ Understand HTTP protocols and browser working principles, with basic knowledge of network security, cross-platform compatibility, and writing maintainable, efficient code.

■ Interested in AI application development, with knowledge of LLM API integration and prompt engineering; familiarity with RAG, intelligent dialogue systems, or AI automation is an advantage.

■ Familiar with responsive web design and mobile adaptation techniques, with an awareness of user experience and interaction design optimization.

■ Possess good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills, with the ability to use both Chinese and English for daily communication and technical documentation.
