Business Unit Introduction - Interactive Entertainment Group (IEG)

Responsible for the R&D, operation, and development of the company's interactive entertainment business including games and eSports. Through online gaming, live broadcasts, and offline eSports, IEG assists the company in leading the global interactive entertainment market to create better interactive entertainment content experiences for users.

Job Responsibilities

● Develop and maintain full-stack applications for the middle-platform team, covering backend services, APIs, and frontend interfaces.

● Implement algorithmic logic based on business requirements and collaborate with algorithm engineers to integrate their solutions into production systems.

● Participate in the development of LLM-powered Agent tools and AI applications, including prompt engineering, function calling, and tool integration.

● Perform SQL queries, data processing, and analysis to support business requirements and reporting.

● Collaborate closely with cross-functional team members to deliver high-quality solutions on time.

● Continuously improve application performance, code quality, and development efficiency.

Job Requirements

● Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

● At least 3 years of software development experience, with hands-on full-stack development experience and the ability to independently handle frontend and backend integration.

● Proficiency in at least one frontend framework and one backend framework, with practical experience developing and maintaining production applications.

● Strong SQL skills, with the ability to perform data queries, processing, and business reporting.

● Solid understanding of algorithms and common data structures, with practical experience using Python data-processing libraries such as pandas and NumPy.

● Familiarity with LLM application development concepts, including prompt engineering, function calling, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). Experience developing AI Agents is a strong advantage.

● Strong sense of responsibility, proactive communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
