• Qualifications And Skills. Fresher:Less than 1 year years of experience in IELTS training. Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills. Proven track record of helping students achieve high scores in the IELTS exam. Passionate about teaching and making a positive impact on students' lives. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with students of different backgrounds. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Knowledge of IELTS exam structure and scoring criteria. Experience in using multimedia tools and technology for teaching purposes is a plus. Roles And Responsibilities.
