IFM COE Director

For our client, we are seeking a IFM COE Director to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space.

This role will lead integrated facilities management operations with a strong focus on service delivery, client satisfaction, and operational excellence. The director will oversee the alignment of technology, teams, and processes to support client objectives while consistently improving performance against key metrics. The position also calls for close collaboration across service partners and internal stakeholders to strengthen execution and drive measurable outcomes.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $183,750 – $267,500 annually

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of facilities management, ensuring operational excellence and client satisfaction.
• Implement and optimize the Corrigo technology platform for enhanced service delivery.
• Integrate service delivery platforms while aligning with client objectives.
• Anticipate client needs and exceed key performance indicators.
• Build and manage high-performing teams to drive engagement and operational success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in commercial real estate and/or facilities management.
• Proficiency in facilities management, engineering, energy, sustainability, and environmental safety.
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills with a proven ability to influence.
• Excellent analytical skills, both financial and planning.
