IFS Project Manager

IFS Project Manager | France | International Travel

GoLive Recruitment is partnering with an organisation to find an experienced IFS Project Manager to lead a major internal IFS Cloud programme. This is an end-user role based in France, with around one week each month spent travelling to the company’s sites across Europe and Asia.

The role

You’ll take ownership of the IFS project from the business side, working closely with internal stakeholders, site teams and the implementation partner to deliver a successful rollout across multiple countries. You’ll be the central point of contact for the programme, keeping it on time, on budget and aligned with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the planning and delivery of the IFS project across multiple international sites
• Manage scope, timelines, budget, risks and resources
• Coordinate with internal teams, key users and the implementation partner
• Travel to sites in Europe and Asia (approx. one week per month) to support workshops, go-lives and site readiness
• Report progress to senior leadership and steering committees
• Drive change management and user adoption across the business

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience managing IFS implementations or upgrades (IFS Cloud experience is a strong advantage)
• Background in multi-site or international ERP rollouts
• Strong stakeholder management skills at all levels
• Fluent English and French [adjust if French isn’t required]
• Comfortable with regular international travel
• Right to work in France
