Thomas Gall School is looking for a dedicated and experienced IGCSE Lead to join our growing academic team and contribute to maintaining high standards of teaching, learning, and student achievement.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the Pearson Edexcel IGCSE curriculum and assessment processes.
• Support teachers with curriculum planning, lesson planning, and academic quality assurance.
• Monitor teaching standards and student academic progress.
• Conduct IGCSE teacher training and professional development sessions to enhance teaching effectiveness.
• Mentor and guide teachers to enhance teaching and learning practices.
• Ensure effective academic coordination and compliance with curriculum requirements.

🔹 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant subject area. A Master's degree will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in curriculum development, academic coordination, or teaching at Secondary/IGCSE level.
• Strong knowledge of the Pearson Edexcel IGCSE curriculum and assessment requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.

ONLY SRI LANKAN RESIDENTS ARE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY.

Applicants must be based in Galle or the surrounding areas and be able to work on-site at our Hapugala campus.
