• BS with 2–5 years or MS with 0–3 years in HTS assay execution (biotech/pharma or academic screening core). 本科2–5年或硕士0–3年HTS实验执行经验（生物技术/制药或高校筛选平台）。
• Hands-on with plate-based cell culture and transfection; luminescent/fluorescent readouts; basic CRC analysis in Prism or equivalent. 练进行板上细胞培养与转染；掌握发光/荧光读数；能使用Prism等完成基础分析。
• Experience with at least one automation platform and one reader/imager; comfort with routine maintenance and first-line troubleshooting. 至少熟练一种自动化平台与一种读板/成像设备；能进行常规维护与一级故障排查。
• Working knowledge of QC metrics, normalization strategies, and plate map design; strong data hygiene and ELN discipline. 备质控指标、归一化策略与板图设计的工作知识；数据规范与ELN记录严谨。
