- 須輪班工作；曾就讀朋輩支援相關課程者優先
- 具良好溝通、基本書寫及電腦操作能力；需理解個人復康及肯定照顧者的生命經歷，並願意運用自身復康 / 作為照顧者的經驗，提供分享、外展探訪、電話訪談，以支援其他殘疾人士及照顧者
- 協助中心舉辦小組及社區教育活動，推廣社區共融；協助中心當值及處理文書等工作
- 主要在新界區工作
- 入職薪酬按相關工作經驗而定；起薪點最高可達 $16,460
