IIS Configuration: Configure application pools, websites, virtual directories, SSL/TLS certificates, host bindings, and authentication settings.
Monitoring and Performance: Track server performance, availability, and capacity to ensure stable operations.
Troubleshooting and Support: Resolve web server issues, application failures, connectivity problems, and configuration-related incidents.
Log Analysis: Review IIS logs, Windows Event Viewer logs, and performance counters to identify root causes and improvement opportunities
