⏰ Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Central Time (40 hours/week)

We're seeking an experienced IT Security Analyst specializing in Identity & Access Management (IAM) to support a leading financial services and insurance organization. This role is ideal for a hands-on IAM professional who enjoys managing user access, supporting security operations, and working with enterprise technologies such as SailPoint, Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange, and Workday .

What You'll Do

As part of the Identity & Access Management team, you will:

✅ Administer and support SailPoint IAM processes and workflows

✅ Provision, modify, and deprovision user accounts and access rights

✅ Manage access requests across on-premises and cloud applications

✅ Support onboarding and offboarding activities for employees

✅ Troubleshoot authentication, access, and entitlement issues

✅ Configure and maintain mailbox access, shared mailboxes, and email aliases in Exchange

✅ Generate reports and documentation for operational and audit requirements

✅ Partner with HR, Security, and Business teams to ensure proper access controls

✅ Assist with annual SOX audit reviews , access certifications, and compliance documentation

✅ Resolve IAM-related incidents and service requests through the ITSM ticketing system

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

✔ 3-5 years of Identity & Access Management (IAM) experience

✔ Hands-on experience with SailPoint administration and access management

✔ Experience working with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)

✔ 2-5 years of Microsoft Exchange administration experience

✔ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

✔ Ability to prioritize urgent requests while maintaining operational excellence

✔ Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience

Preferred Qualifications

⭐ Experience supporting SOX compliance audits and access reviews

⭐ Exposure to IBM z/OS Mainframe environments

⭐ Experience with Workday access administration

⭐ Familiarity with PowerShell automation and scripting

⭐ Experience working within an ITSM platform such as Ivanti
