Compensation Job Description

• $70,000 - $85,000/year+ ( based on experience)

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree or related work experience
• 3-5 years of experience handling IL/IN Workers Compensation/Indemnity claims
• Active Adjuster's License is a plus

Job Responsibilities

• Evaluate and process Illinois and Wisconsin workers' compensation claims in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct thorough investigations to determine the validity of claims.
• Collaborate with medical professionals, legal teams, and other stakeholders to gather relevant information.
• Communicate effectively with claimants, employers, and insurance providers to provide updates and address inquiries.
• Negotiate settlements and manage litigation when necessary.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, legal changes, and best practices in workers' compensation.
