IM & LOGISTICS SUPERVISOR

About the role

SUPERB CATCH INC. is seeking an IM & Logistics Supervisor. This is a full-time position that plays a critical role in overseeing our inventory management and logistics operations. As IM & Logistics Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient warehouse operations, maintaining optimal inventory levels, and coordinating logistics activities to support our business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse and inventory management operations, ensuring adherence to company standards and procedures

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, including receiving, storage, picking and dispatching of goods

• Monitor inventory levels and implement systems to maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular stock audits

• Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to customers and distribution points

• Train, mentor and provide performance feedback to warehouse and logistics team members

• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs

• Liaise with other departments to resolve logistics-related issues and support business continuity

• Maintain accurate documentation and generate reports on inventory

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 2-5 years experience in inventory management, warehouse operations or logistics supervision

• Proven experience supervising and managing warehouse or logistics teams in a manufacturing or logistics environment

• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse management systems

• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications

• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate team members

• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and implementing operational improvements

• Physical capability to work in a warehouse environment and perform regular site inspections

• Attention to detail with an emphasis on accuracy in record-keeping and inventory control

• Preferred: Experience in the food or seafood processing and distribution industry

• Preferred: Certification in logistics management or warehouse operations

• Preferably residing near in Malabon City
