I am currently hiring a Lead Business & System Analyst for a fast‑growing premium travel group operating across Europe. The group is building an integrated and efficient IT organization to support its continued growth and transformation.

🎯 The role
As Lead Business & System Analyst, you will play a key upstream role within a One Tribe setup, bridging business vision, strategic demand, functional design and technical execution.
In a highly externalized IT environment, your mission is to ensure business needs are translated into clear, structured and high‑quality functional and system requirements for external partners.

You will work closely with Product Owners, a Technical Architect, external service providers, and report directly to the Head of IT.

🧠 Key responsibilities

• Shape end‑to‑end services using Service Design & Design Thinking

• Translate complex business needs into functional & system requirements

• Structure features and ART / program backlog content (SAFe)

• Ensure coherence, quality and readiness of backlog items

• Coach Product Owners on requirement engineering and quality standards

• Facilitate alignment between business stakeholders and suppliers

• Contribute to executive roadmapping and strategic initiatives

• Support functional incident triage and continuous improvement

👤 Profile

• 10+ years in Business & System Analysis / Service Design

• Proven experience with SAFe / Agile at scale

• Strong background in outsourced / supplier‑driven IT environments

• Comfortable engaging with executive stakeholders

• Fluent English required; French and Dutch strongly preferred
