IM Machine operator

Job Title: Injection Moulding Machine Operator

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor injection moulding machines safely and efficiently.
• Load raw materials and ensure proper material feeding.
• Inspect moulded parts for defects, dimensions, and overall quality.
• Monitor machine performance and report abnormalities or breakdowns to the supervisor.
• Maintain production records, rejection records, and machine checklists.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety rules, and quality requirements.
• Keep the machine and work area clean and organized.
• Assist with mould changes, machine setup, and routine maintenance when required.
• Meet daily production targets while maintaining product quality.

Education: ITI / Diploma

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
