Image Annotator

Everglow, a subsidiary of ThothAI, is looking for detail-oriented and observant Image Annotation Specialists to join our Intellectual Property (IP) Team. In this role, you will support AI model development by reviewing and comparing product images to determine whether they belong to the same brand or product line.

This position focuses on visual analysis rather than text-based annotation, requiring strong attention to detail, excellent visual recognition skills, and the ability to make accurate decisions based on established guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Compare two product images and determine whether they belong to the same brand or product category.
• Carefully review logos, trademarks, packaging, and other visual identifiers.
• Identify similarities and differences between products using project guidelines.
• Accurately annotate and classify image pairs while maintaining high productivity and quality standards.
• Ensure consistency and precision when making image comparison decisions.
• Escalate ambiguous or complex cases following project procedures.
• Meet daily production and quality targets.
• Stay updated on project guidelines and process changes.

Qualifications

Required

• Senior High School graduate, College Undergraduate, or College Graduate.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong observational skills.
• Good visual recognition and pattern identification abilities.
• Ability to follow detailed annotation guidelines consistently.
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple applications.
• Willing to work in an onsite environment.

Preferred

• Previous experience in image annotation, data labeling, AI training, or content moderation.
• Familiarity with global brands, logos, and trademarks.
• Experience working with quality metrics and productivity targets.
• Experience in e-commerce, retail, or AI-related projects is an advantage.
