Job Summary:

Image Processor (IP)/ Data Entry is responsible for processing data and maintaining documentation with accuracy and compliance. Performs a variety of support duties within the company.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Updating the Intrex insurance tracking database from insurance and other documents.
• Heads-up data processing decisions utilizing training and industry knowledge.
• Auditing reports.
• Engaging clients and/or other individuals as necessary to update records.
• Performs other related duties and supports other departments as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Ability to define and resolve problems.
• Ability to work independently and effectively under strict time constraints and deadlines along with flexibility as needed.
• Ability to adapt to peak periods under heavy workloads.
• Attention to detail with basic mathematical concepts.
• Proficiency required along with few to no errors in processing.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Insurance knowledge is preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.50 - $20.00 per hour
