Imaging Operations Client Services Representative

About the role

We are looking for a dependable, proactive, and detail-oriented Client Services Representative to join our Imaging Client Support team. In this role, you will serve as a key resource between our internal teams and clients—ensuring smooth operations, timely communication, and exceptional customer support. You will contribute to the success of our healthcare and diagnostics services by providing administrative support and maintaining professional relationships with clients and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a courteous and knowledgeable manner.
• Take ownership of each inquiry, utilizing available resources to resolve issues quickly and thoroughly.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of internal systems and processes related to the capturing of the images.
• Notify clients of significant and critical results promptly.
• Communicate delays with clients in a professional and concise manner.
• Maintain and print documents for new customer In-Service binders.
• Collaborate with internal departments—including Radiology and Diagnostics—to support cross-functional initiatives.
• Assist with daily administrative reporting and internal projects as needed.
• Manage and balance tech assignments based on priority.
• Cooperate with territory managers to facilitate communication with customers and answer inquiries.

About you

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage tasks independently and with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word); ability to adapt to new systems quickly.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.
• Physical ability to sit for extended periods and lift/move heavy items when necessary.
