Imaging Program Manager

The Imaging Program Manager will lead high impact, enterprise imaging initiatives that support the client's vision of becoming a premier smart healthcare system. This role drives strategic programs that span across radiology and other imaging areas, ensuring seamless integration with the Epic EHR, PACS and AI solutions. The Imaging Program Manager will partner closely with clinical, operational and technical leadership to modernize imaging systems, streamline workflows and enhance diagnostic precision across the health system.

The client is executing a growing portfolio of complex and enterprisewide imaging initiatives that extend across radiology, cardiology, pathology, ambulatory imaging centers and hospital operations. The current imaging modernization efforts include PACS and VNA transformations, AI enabled workflow solutions, imaging platform integrations and Epic alignment. The Imaging Program Manager will provide dedicated program level leadership to coordinate strategic planning, cross functional execution, vendor governance and executive communication across the enterprise. As imaging initiatives continue to expand in scale, complexity and strategic importance, the Imaging Program Manager will partner with IT leadership (Directors, Director, Managers, Team Leads) and Imaging Architects to ensure the successful delivery of transformational projects without negatively impacting operational support responsibilities.

Essential Skills

• Experience in imaging program/project management.
• PACS/DICOM/HL7 experience.

Onsite/Residency Requirements

The Imaging Program Manager will primarily work remotely but will be required to be onsite one day a week. To be eligible for hybrid employment, all candidates must live in the 9-county area of Austin, Brazoria, Chambers, Fort Bend, Galveston, Harris, Liberty, Montgomery and Waller counties.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $80.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
