Position Summary – X-Ray Technologist

We are seeking a skilled and motivated X-Ray Technologist to join our clinical imaging team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about diagnostic imaging, detail-oriented, and excited to work in a busy orthopedic setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic X-rays as ordered by orthopedic physicians
• Review imaging orders, provider notes, and special instructions for accuracy
• Complete daily preventive maintenance and equipment safety checks (including lead aprons)
• Import/export imaging to PACS system and burn CDs as needed
• Process imaging authorizations in a timely manner
• Manage billing for all X-ray procedures
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and Red Flag regulations

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Imaging Program
• RT or ARRT Certification
• Flexibility to travel between East Stroudsburg, Brodheadsville and Tobyhanna and Milford if needed
• Willingness to complete pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
