IMC Executive (New Model Development)

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

1.      Attend meeting called by Sales team for new model RFQ

2.      Provide packaging & transportation cost during customer quotation stage

3.      Study poly box type, customers production line (rotation), palletizing arrangements & freight capacity during packaging & transportation cost study

4.      Attend meeting called by Sales team for new model LOI Kick-Off Meeting

5.      Prepare customer packaging standard documents for new model introduction

6.      Communicate with customers for packaging proposal, packaging capacity

7.      Join customers new model audit such as QAV (Honda), SPTT (ASSB) and etc

8.      Study part differentiation-part identification

9.      Prepare packaging standard form such as PPAS (honda) and etc

10.  Attend meeting with customer related to new model packaging & feedback customer audit

11.  Prepare SMB for New Model (Slides preparation & presentation)

12.  Budget preparation for new packaging items & issue PR to purchase new model mass production packaging items

13.  Raise RFQ for new packaging items & issue PR to purchase new model mass production packaging items

14.  Conducting training for IMC team in AAPMM, AAPAG, AAPSBN related to new models

15.  Prepare & get approval all the documentation related to new models

16.  New model samples shipment arrangement to customer

17.  Assisting assistant manager to supervise the operation of department & customer shipment

18.  To undertake any other projects as assigned by superiors from time to time

19.  To perform other tasks as and when required by management from time to time

20.  To drive, implement and maintain the company's Management System to ensure compliance with applicable standards and to successfully achieve and sustain relevant certifications

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

• Academic Qualifications – Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or Warehouse Management or equivalent
• Min 3 years experience in Engineering/New Model Development/Supply Chain/Warehouse
• Key Skills/Knowledge – Inventory Management & SAP System, MS Office, Kaizen and QC Tools, Technical & Automotive Products, strong work ethics and integrity, good communication and analytical skills
• Preference Language: Bahasa Melayu, English
• Possess a valid driving license
