IME Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule Independent Medical Examinations (IMEs) for personal injury cases.
• Liaise with medical professionals and experts to secure IME appointments.
• Manage IME logistics, including travel arrangements and appointment confirmations.
• Prepare clients for IME appointments, providing necessary documentation and instructions.
• Compile and organize IME reports.
• Communicate effectively with attorneys, clients, and medical professionals regarding IME outcomes.
• Preference for Spanish speaking candidates.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., pre-law, healthcare administration) preferred.
• Previous experience in a similar role, particularly in personal injury law or healthcare administration, is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse clients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
