Position: AR Caller
Shift: Night Shift
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in AR Calling

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers regarding outstanding payments and accounts receivable.
• Follow up with customers for pending payments and payment commitments.
• Handle customer queries related to outstanding balances and invoices.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and payment updates.
• Meet daily and monthly calling and collection targets.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with customers.
• Use basic computer applications to update customer and payment information.
• Candidates with experience in US/International AR Calling or Medical Billing AR Calling will be preferred.
