Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and technically skilled Python Trainer with knowledge of MERN Stack and Full Stack Development. Freshers with strong technical fundamentals, good communication skills, and a passion for teaching are encouraged to apply.

The primary responsibility is to conduct Python training sessions, deliver hands-on coding and project-based classes, and mentor students in programming and web development. The role also involves conducting interactive technical sessions, workshops, and technology awareness programs at colleges to introduce students to emerging technologies and career opportunities in the IT industry.

Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience who have strong technical fundamentals, good communication skills, and a passion for teaching are encouraged to apply.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions on Python programming and related concepts.

• Deliver hands-on practical sessions, coding exercises, assignments, and project-based training.

• Provide technical guidance on MERN Stack technologies: MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.

• Teach web development concepts using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, jQuery, and databases.

• Conduct interactive technical sessions, workshops, and awareness programs for college students.

• Visit colleges and deliver sessions on programming, emerging technologies, and IT career opportunities.

• Prepare training materials, presentations, assignments, and practical exercises.

• Mentor students in coding, project development, logical thinking, and problem-solving.

• Explain technical concepts in a simple, engaging, and practical manner.

• Stay updated with current technologies and industry practices.

Required Technical Skills

• Programming: Python

• Database Technologies:MySQL and MongoDB

• Web Technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and jQuery

• MERN Stack: MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js

• Front-End Development:React.js and basic web UI development

Additional Skills – Preferred

Knowledge of the following will be an added advantage:

• Python web frameworks: Django and Flask

• Angular

• REST API development

• CI/CD and deployment workflows

• Docker and containerization

Eligibility and Qualifications

• Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience are welcome to apply.

• Candidates who have completed certified courses in Python, MERN Stack, Full Stack Development, Web Development, or related fields will have an added advantage.

• Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and conduct engaging practical sessions.

• Interest in teaching, mentoring, and helping students develop technical skills.

• Willingness to travel to colleges for workshops and interactive sessions when required.
