THE ROLE: WHAT YOU'LL HANDLE

You will support technical operations involving equipment and components, helping to ensure accurate assembly, reliable performance, and proper servicing.

Your responsibilities will include:

Equipment Assembly: Follow work orders, technical drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams, and parts lists to assemble equipment accurately.

System Testing: Test electrical, electro-mechanical, pneumatic, and vacuum systems using designated testing equipment and fixtures.

Repair & Servicing: Assemble, repair, and service equipment, assemblies, subassemblies, and individual components.

Troubleshooting: Identify equipment-related issues and assist in resolving technical problems.

Quality Inspection: Check incoming parts and materials for completeness and compliance with quality standards.

Technical Equipment Handling: Operate measurement instruments, vacuum pumps, leak detectors, test fixtures, and other designated tools.

Documentation: Maintain accurate production records, job progress updates, test results, data entries, and labour information.

Technical Support: Assist with basic programming-related tasks, software installation, and equipment repairs when required.

Team Collaboration: Work independently with minimal supervision and provide basic guidance to less-experienced team members.

🎯 WHO SHOULD APPLY?

We welcome candidates who meet the following criteria:

• NITEC or Diploma qualification

• No prior experience required — entry-level candidates are welcome

• Willing to perform hands-on technical work in a cleanroom environment

• Able to meet the physical demands of the role, including prolonged standing, lifting, and working in confined or restricted areas

• Comfortable handling PPE, technical equipment, tools, and measurement instruments
