Job Title: Vacancies: Field Engineers (Desktop / Laptop / Network / Server Support) 6: Bangalore & Ahmedabad

Roles & Responsibilities:

Based on your expertise and specialisation for Desktop, Laptop, Network, Server Support roles.

• Hardware trouble shooting and part replacement.
• Desktop / Laptop / Printer/ Scanner /Network configuration
• Conduct Onsite / remote troubleshooting. • Preventive Maintenance. • Build & maintain good rapport with customers.
• Help create technical documentation and manuals.
• Acquire OEM Training and Certifications
• Maintain Error-free reports and submit on time.
• Execute your duties to bring customer delight.
• Hardware trouble shooting and part replacement.

Candidate Profile:

• Effective follow-ups with client to ensure system functionality.
• Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or any other relevant diploma courses.
• Good communication skill - English
• Basic IT trouble shooting skill
• Preferred to have two-wheeler (must be willing to go out in field to support clients).
• Experience: 0-1 year
