Key Responsibilities

• Prepare procurement plans and **Bill of Materials (BOM)** with the technical team.
• Source and evaluate vendors for solar equipment (modules, inverters, structures, cables, transformers).
• Obtain quotations, compare proposals, and **negotiate pricing and delivery terms**.
• Issue and track **purchase orders and supplier contracts**.
• Coordinate logistics and ensure **timely delivery of materials to project sites**.
• Maintain procurement records and vendor database.
• Identify opportunities for **cost optimization**.
