*IMMEDIATE VACANCY* Customer Service Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Attend and respond to all customer's feedback via emails, social media, phone calls, and other channels Investigate and determine the root cause of the issues, provide findings to internal departments, and explain the best solution to resolve customer enquiries
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth customer service operations.
• Maintain and update customer databases and ensure accurate documentation.
• Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, document processing, and record-keeping.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• *Candidate must possess at least Local Diploma or any Bachelor Degree
• No experience is fine too
• Eager to learn, independent, and able to work under pressure
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Positive attitude and team player
