Immigration and Deployment Head

• Leads end-to-end immigration, credentialing, placement, and deployment of healthcare professionals, particularly Nurses and PTs, for international/US clients.
• Oversees deployment operations, ensuring compliance, documentation accuracy, timelines, and client requirements.
• Manages and develops the Immigration & Deployment team while monitoring KPIs and operational performance.
• Coordinates with candidates, clients, licensing/credentialing bodies, and other stakeholders to resolve deployment concerns and improve processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in healthcare staffing, immigration, credentialing, or deployment.
• 3–5 years of leadership/management experience in a related field.
• Strong knowledge of US healthcare professional credentialing, licensing, immigration, and deployment processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, compliance, and stakeholder management skills.
