Under the leadership of nationally recognized immigration attorney Nikki Ramirez-Smith, our firm goes beyond routine case processing. We litigate, advocate, innovate, and win—often when others say it can’t be done.

We need an experienced immigration attorney who:

• Has multiple years of hands-on immigration law experience
• Thrives in a high-volume, high-stakes, fast-moving environment
• Cares deeply about clients and outcomes.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required.

Job Duties:

• Handle immigration cases from intake through resolution, including complex and high-impact matters
• Represent clients before immigration courts and agencies
• Collaborate with a skilled legal team and mentor junior attorneys and staff
• Stay ahead of changes in immigration law and policy
• Be part of cases and advocacy efforts that make real legal advances
