Immigration Attorney

OpenVenture is hiring a Junior Immigration Attorney to join our growing immigration practice.

We work with highly skilled professionals, founders, researchers, engineers, and other exceptional talent navigating the U.S. immigration system. We’re building a modern, technology-enabled approach to immigration legal services with a strong focus on efficiency, client experience, and high-quality legal work.

This is a great role for an attorney early in their career who wants significant hands-on experience with employment-based immigration in a fast-moving environment.

What You’ll Work On

• O-1A, EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, H-1B, L-1, and other employment-based immigration matters
• Evaluating client profiles and developing case strategies
• Drafting petitions, legal arguments, recommendation letters, and RFE responses
• Reviewing evidence and helping clients strengthen their cases
• Communicating directly with clients throughout the immigration process
• Conducting immigration research and staying current on USCIS developments
• Working closely with attorneys, paralegals, and case teams
• Using technology and AI-enabled tools to improve research, drafting, workflows, and client experience

What We’re Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school
• Active and in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar
• 0–3 years of legal experience
• Immigration experience preferred, but not required
• Strong legal writing and analytical skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Comfortable learning quickly and taking ownership
• Interest in immigration, technology, startups, and AI
