Immigration Case Processing Officer

• Assess client documents and identify missing, inconsistent or unsuitable information.
• Prepare, review and submit complete visa applications.
• Manage immigration cases from onboarding through submission and final decision.
• Provide clients with accurate document checklists and filing instructions.
• Draft application forms, submission letters, statements and supporting documentation.
• Maintain professional and timely communication with clients.
• Monitor deadlines, government correspondence, biometrics, medicals and additional-document requests.
• Update the CRM and maintain complete digital case records.
• Conduct quality checks before every application submission.
• Coordinate with consultants, lawyers and authorized representatives where required.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with company procedures and applicable immigration regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline.
• Minimum 2–4 years of immigration case-processing experience.
• Current or recent employment with an immigration consultancy, law firm or visa-processing company.
• Strong knowledge of government portals, application forms and supporting-document requirements.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong drafting, client-handling and document-review skills.
• Ability to manage multiple active applications and strict deadlines.
• High attention to detail and professional integrity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email and CRM systems.
• Candidates currently residing in the UAE will be preferred.
