Immigration Case Worker (Remote - Night Shift)

Working Hours: Night Shift - 8:30 PM to 4:30 AM (Indian Standard Time)

Role & Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and organizing Canadian immigration files under proper guidance and training.
• Review client documents carefully to ensure absolute accuracy and completeness.
• Fill out immigration forms and draft basic supporting documents as instructed.
• Maintain proper file structure and document naming conventions for all active cases.
• Communicate professionally with clients to gather required information and follow up on pending items.
• Follow detailed standard operating procedures (SOPs) and demonstrate high attention to detail.
• Conduct basic research on Canadian immigration programs and updates when required.
• Meet strict deadlines and ensure assigned tasks are completed on time.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and data security of client information at all times.

Candidate Requirements & Profile

• Qualification: Bachelor's degree in any stream.
• Experience: 0 to 3 year (Freshers are welcome to apply; comprehensive training provided).
• Communication: Strong written and spoken English skills.
• Technical Setup: A well-functional personal laptop and a stable high-speed Wi-Fi connection are mandatory for remote work.
• Computer Skills: Basic proficiency in MS Word, PDF handling, and document management.
• Attributes: High attention to detail, eagerness to learn, and ability to work effectively in a structured remote environment.

Compensation & Training Details

• Stipend / Training Period: 3 months of comprehensive training provided with a monthly stipend of 35,000.
