Role & responsibilities

• Connect with potential customers through calls, emails, and online platforms.
• Understand customer requirements and present relevant company services.
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Follow up with prospects and nurture leads through the sales pipeline.
• Schedule meetings and appointments for senior sales representatives.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly activity targets.
• Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Basic knowledge of sales, customer service, or business development is an advantage.
• Confidence in speaking with international clients.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and goal-oriented mindset.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office.

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidates from North Eastern states are preferred.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Graduates from any discipline.
• Comfortable working in night shifts.
• Willing to relocate to Gurugram if currently based outside the city.
