Immigration Consultant

About the role

As an Immigration Consultant, you will work with professionals, families and business owners to understand their circumstances, assess their immigration objectives and guide them through suitable pathways and application strategies. This is a permanent, client-facing position for individuals who enjoy working with people, developing professional relationships and helping clients navigate important decisions relating to their future in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct consultations with prospective clients to understand their immigration objectives, background and concerns.
• Assess client profiles and identify appropriate immigration pathways based on their circumstances.
• Advise clients on matters relating to Singapore Permanent Residence, Citizenship and other immigration-related solutions within the company's service scope.
• Explain application processes, documentation requirements, timelines and key considerations clearly and professionally.
• Develop personalised recommendations and strategies based on each client's profile and objectives.
• Follow up with enquiries and prospective clients through phone, WhatsApp, meetings and other communication channels.
• Convert qualified enquiries into clients through professional, needs-based consultation.
• Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients.
• Work closely with the internal processing and operations team to ensure smooth client onboarding and case progression.
• Maintain accurate client records, consultation notes and follow-up activities in the company's CRM system.

About you

• Confident communicating and consulting with clients.
• Professional, presentable and comfortable dealing with professionals, families and business owners.
• Strong in relationship building and follow-up.
• Consultative and able to understand a client's needs before recommending a solution.
• Self-motivated, disciplined and results-oriented.
• Comfortable working towards performance and revenue targets.
• Able to communicate clearly in written and spoken English.
• Willing to learn Singapore immigration policies, processes and advisory frameworks.
• Able to work independently while contributing as part of a growing team.
• Prior immigration experience is advantageous but not essential.
