Job Summary
Right Time Consultancy is looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Immigration Consultant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of immigration/visa services, excellent communication skills, and the ability to guide clients professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients regarding immigration and visa options.
• Handle client inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Explain visa processes, requirements, eligibility, and procedures clearly.
• Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into successful sales.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service.
• Meet individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain accurate client records and follow up on applications.

Requirements

• Previous experience as an Immigration Consultant / Visa Consultant / Sales Consultant.
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
• Sales-oriented with good negotiation and follow-up abilities.
• Fluency in Malayalam, Sinhala, or Tamil is required.
• English communication skills are an advantage.
• UAE experience is preferred.
