Responsibilities

• Advise clients on various immigration pathways, including visas, work permits, permanent residency, and citizenship applications
• Prepare, review, and submit detailed application packages accurately and timely using Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
• Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions, case files, and application statuses within databases and SharePoint systems
• Conduct thorough analysis of client documents and immigration policies to determine eligibility and strategic options
• Communicate clearly with clients, government agencies, and internal teams through written correspondence and presentations
• Manage project timelines effectively using Microsoft Project to ensure all milestones are met
• Negotiate with authorities on behalf of clients to resolve issues or expedite processing when necessary
• Stay updated on changes in immigration laws and policies to provide current advice and ensure compliance
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally
• Organize workshops or informational sessions to educate clients about immigration procedures and requirements

Experience

• Proven experience in immigration consulting or related administrative roles within legal or governmental settings
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and database management tools such as Microsoft Access and SharePoint
• Familiarity with project management software like Microsoft Project for tracking case progress
• Excellent analysis skills to interpret complex regulations and documentation accurately
• Bilingual abilities in English and French are highly desirable to serve a diverse client base effectively
• Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
• Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal—to clearly convey information to clients and stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills with experience in records management, filing systems, procurement processes, and time management strategies
• Background in customer service or client-facing roles that require negotiation skills and professional presentation abilities

Pay: $36,500.00-$95,191.77 per year
