Immigration Consultant

An Immigration Counselor guides clients through the complex process of moving, studying, or working abroad by identifying the best visa pathways and ensuring legal compliance.

Key Responsibilities1. Client Consultation & Profile Assessment

• Meet with prospective clients (in-person, via phone, or email) to review their education, work history, language scores, and financial standing.
• Evaluate eligibility for various immigration programs, such as study visas, permanent residency (PR), work permits, and tourist visas.
• Recommend the most viable visa pathways and provide ethical, transparent advice regarding their chances of success.

2. Application & Documentation Assistance

• Guide clients through collecting, completing, and organizing required immigration paperwork.
• Meticulously review background documents, forms, and financial statements to ensure absolute accuracy and eliminate discrepancies before submission.
• Coordinate with internal processing or legal teams to ensure error-free visa filing within government-mandated timelines.

3. Sales & Lead Conversion

• Manage incoming queries and follow up with potential leads to meet monthly target enrollments.
• Pitch the firm’s immigration services, prepare fee structures, and convert inquiries into active, paid clients.

4. Compliance & Policy Tracking

• Continuously research and stay up-to-date with changing global immigration laws, travel policies, and university admission guidelines.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive personal data using CRM systems and database tools.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
