Immigration Consultant

Job Title: Immigration Consultant (Remote – India)

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Immigration Consultant based in India to join our team for remote work. The ideal candidate should have experience in immigration services, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of visa processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle client inquiries via email
• Prepare files, gather paperwork, timely submission of applications to embassy
• Provide accurate information about Canada visa requirements and other countries’ immigration processes
• Assist clients throughout the application process
• Maintain professional communication and client records
• Be readily available to respond to client calls and messages

Requirements:

• Prior experience in immigration consulting or a related field
• Strong knowledge of Canada visa requirements (knowledge of other countries is an asset)
• Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken)
• Ability to speak Punjabi and Hindi
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Must be reliable and responsive during working hours

Work Schedule:

• Overnight shift: 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM (IST)
