Position: Immigration Lawyer

Salary: 30,000 - 35,000 per month
Experience: 1–3 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft high-quality cover letters, legal submissions, and immigration support letters.
• Conduct legal research on immigration laws, policies, and procedural updates.
• Review and edit immigration documents for accuracy, clarity, and compliance.
• Prepare Statements of Purpose (SOPs)
• Maintain case files and ensure all documentation meets immigration authority requirements.
• Collaborate with immigration consultants and legal counsel on complex cases.
• Train and mentor staff on legal writing, document drafting, and immigration documentation standards.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Required Skills

• Excellent English writing and proofreading skills.
• Strong legal research and analytical abilities.
• Experience in immigration law or visa documentation.
• Ability to interpret immigration legislation and policy.
• High attention to detail and document accuracy.
• Strong communication and mentoring skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Law (LLB/LLM), English, Education, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in immigration
• Prior experience in an immigration consultancy or law firm is highly desirable.
