Immigration Manager

Manage and supervise the Foreign Visa sales and operations team. Achieve and exceed monthly targets. Monitor team performance, conversion rates, follow-ups, and lead management. Ensure all client inquiries and leads are handled promptly and professionally. Guide clients regarding visa requirements, eligibility, documentation, and application procedures. Ensure applications are accurately prepared and submitted within required timelines. Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners and visa service providers. Monitor pending, submitted, approved, rejected, and completed applications. Conduct regular team meetings, coaching, and performance reviews. Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action and training plans. Ensure strict compliance with company SOPs, CRM/ERP procedures, and visa processing protocols. Coordinate with Operations, Sales, Quality, and Management teams. Prepare and submit regular sales and operational performance reports to management. Handle escalated client concerns and ensure timely resolution. Stay updated on changes in visa policies, documentation requirements, processing procedures, and country-specific regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Foreign Visa, Immigration services. Proven experience in team management and sales target achievement. Strong knowledge of international visa processes and documentation. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills. Strong leadership and team-building abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines and targets. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Good knowledge of CRM/ERP systems and reporting tools. Strong organizational and follow-up skills. UAE experience in the immigration/visa industry will be an advantage.
