Job Description

Amitus World Immigration is expanding its team and looking for a confident, motivated, and target-oriented Immigration Sales Consultant to join us.

We are seeking a professional with strong communication, client counseling, and sales skills who can understand client requirements, explain suitable immigration pathways, and help convert qualified inquiries into clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective clients regarding immigration and visa options.
• Understand client profiles and explain relevant immigration pathways based on their requirements.
• Explain visa processes, eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, and estimated timelines.
• Handle inbound inquiries, client follow-ups, and consultation appointments.
• Build strong client relationships and maintain professional communication throughout the sales process.
• Coordinate with the documentation and processing teams to ensure smooth case handovers.
• Maintain accurate client records and follow up on prospective leads.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
• Stay updated on relevant immigration policies, visa requirements, and service offerings.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in immigration sales, visa consultancy, or a related sales role preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and client-handling skills.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and sales abilities.
• Target-oriented approach with a focus on conversions and customer satisfaction.
• Good follow-up, relationship-building, and time-management skills.
• Basic knowledge of immigration processes and visa documentation is preferred.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
