IMOS Production Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed production drawings for modular kitchens, wardrobes, cabinets, TV units, and other customized furniture using iMOS.
• Convert design concepts into accurate and production-ready drawings.
• Prepare and verify cutlists, BOMs, and material specifications.
• Ensure accurate dimensions, panel details, edge banding, hardware, fittings, and construction details.
• Generate and verify CNC-ready production data/files through iMOS.
• Coordinate with the Design, Production, Purchase, and Installation teams.
• Review drawings and cutlists to identify errors before production.
• Make revisions based on design changes, site measurements, and production requirements.
• Optimize designs to reduce material wastage and production errors.
• Resolve technical and drawing-related issues during production.
• Maintain proper records of drawings, revisions, BOMs, and production documents.

Required Skills

• Strong working knowledge of iMOS.
• Good understanding of modular furniture and kitchen manufacturing.
• Knowledge of production drawings, cutlists, BOMs, and CNC processes.
• Understanding of furniture materials, hardware, fittings, and construction methods.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
