Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Customs Administration, or related field.

• 2–4 years of experience in Import/Export, Logistics, or Supply Chain, preferably in manufacturing.

• Knowledgeable in import processes, shipping documentation, customs, and trade compliance.

• Strong documentation, coordination, monitoring, and organizational skills.

• Proficient in MS Office/Excel.

• Knowledge of FDA and customs requirements is an advantage.

• Must be willing to work onsite in Taguig, Monday-Saturday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.

Responsibilities

IMPORT PROCESSING

• Prepare and process import payment requirements, including LC, TT, Open Account, Trust Receipt, and Foreign Draft applications.
• Prepare acceptance letters for LC discrepancies and forward LC/TT documents to vendors.
• Monitor and record shipments, update order calendars, and maintain shipment records.
• Create and maintain shipment files and update broker master files.
• Manage shipping documents, including receiving, checking, scanning, filing, and forwarding documents to brokers and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with vendors, banks, brokers, shipping lines, and freight forwarders regarding shipment and document status.
• Assist brokers with FDA notifications, insurance breakdowns, document pick-up, and other import requirements.
• Monitor and verify broker billings and prepare transmittals for Payables.
• Update stakeholders on shipment status and incoming deliveries.
• Upload and distribute Packing Lists (PL), Bills of Lading (BL), and other shipment documents to concerned teams.

EXPORT PROCESSING

• Creation of documents

• Checking of export proceed from the bank under TT and LC transactions

• Update the Buyer about the status of the shipments

VENDOR MANAGEMENT

• Responsible for maintaining good and core values based relationship with brokers, Shipping lines, Forwarder and Banks.

STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT

• Understand business needs and requirements of internal clients in order to service requisitions.
