Impex Officer(Trading Representative)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for all importation process as Importer
• Understand HS, duty, and required import regulation for import process (FDA, DTI, etc.)
• Check shipping document and confirm declaration form for custom clearance
• Coordinates with Custom Agent for custom clearance, and Warehouse for cargo delivery
• Manage & control all import license & permit validity
• Cost calculation for all shipping cost in Overseas & Domestic transaction
• Calculation for product cost with product price, ocean freight and other charges.
• Handling BOC Audit and manage of documentation

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 3 - 5 years of experience in import and export operations
• Experience working with freight forwarders and customs, with strong knowledge of customs procedures, taxes, and duties
• Licensed Customs Broker (required)
• Experience handling Bureau of Customs (BOC) audits
• Proven management experience
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Demonstrates a strong mindset aligned with the 4Cs: Change, Challenge, Competition, and Communication
