About the role
In charge in making delivery documents and handling customers. Responsible in forecast, delivery preparation and documentation. Monitoring of delivery, purchase order and production status.
Key responsibilities
- Responsible in receiving, reviewing and confirmation of purchase order and forecasts
- Report to the customer any problem arises that may affect their production schedule and settle the issue
- Delivery preparation and documentations to provide to production and warehouse section
- G-EDI and B'Snet Portal data downloading and encoding
- Prepare PEZA documents, BOC and other related delivery documents
- Delivery monitoring and inventory.
