What they need
Responsible for facilitating, monitoring, and controlling overall import and export shipment operations within standard delivery lead times and warehouse conditions, while coordinating with internal teams, external service providers, and government agencies to ensure all shipments are compliant, received, and dispatched according to legal requirements and company Safety, Management, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Environment (SMQCDE) control items.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Customs Administration, Supply Chain, or any equivalent course
- Knowledge in importation and exportation processes
- Experience in internal and external communications with service providers and government agencies
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Good communication skills and strong initiative
- Available to start ASAP / immediately
